abad4 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

To register an account and use abad4 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. abad4 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. You may be required to provide government-issued identification to verify your age at any point during your membership.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Residence: You confirm that online gambling using offshore-licensed platforms is not explicitly prohibited in a manner that creates criminal liability for individual users under the laws of your country or jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining your own legal position.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the account solely for your own personal, recreational use. Registering on behalf of another person, operating an account on behalf of a third party, or using the account for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on abad4 or any related platform, nor have had a previous account closed for fraud, collusion, or terms violations.
• Sound Judgment: You must not access or use abad4 under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair your judgment to the extent that you cannot make responsible betting decisions.

abad4 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

Each Member may hold only one registered account on abad4. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. abad4 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. abad4 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorized by you unless you have notified us immediately of unauthorized access.

abad4 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification: abad4 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any other point we deem necessary — we may request the following documentation:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking screen showing your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID, if requested by the compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by abad4 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

All deposits and withdrawals on abad4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). abad4 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which abad4 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your abad4 balance within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are outside abad4's control.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are generally processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification and must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name.

Withdrawal Restrictions: abad4 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where withdrawal activity is inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns. Any funds found to have been generated through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

Deposits must come from accounts in your own name. abad4 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered to the Member will be returned and the associated account reviewed.

abad4 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on abad4 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slot games, and crash games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered through within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Member's account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: abad4 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Any Member found to be abusing promotional offers will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their account suspended.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions may cap the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings. This limit, if applicable, will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions: abad4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

All bets placed on abad4 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game category. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: abad4 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced, where a manifest error in odds has occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Manifest Errors: If odds, payouts, or game results are published in error (including technical glitches, data feed failures, or human error), abad4 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund stakes. Winnings generated from a manifest error will not be paid.
• Football Betting: Markets for BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and FIFA World Cup qualifiers operate under standard international football betting rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available and subject to their own rules published within the platform.
• Live (In-Play) Betting: In-play odds update in real time and bets are accepted subject to connection stability. abad4 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to internet connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Game Results: The results recorded by abad4's gaming servers are final. In the event of a dispute between a Member's local device display and the server-side record, the server record prevails.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, game, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted at abad4's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on abad4 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using another person's identity or false information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Colluding with other Members, particularly in poker or other competitive game formats, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported and will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abad4 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures by registering a new account or using a third party's account.

All content on abad4 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of abad4 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other game studios). This content is protected by international copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use abad4's platform and content solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of abad4's content without express written permission from abad4.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abad4 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use abad4 Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond abad4's reasonable control.
• Any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay.
• Any legal consequences arising from the Member's decision to use abad4 in a jurisdiction where online gambling may be restricted.

abad4's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, for any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting abad4 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

abad4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage access, or prolonged inactivity exceeding 12 months. In cases of closure due to verified Terms violations, abad4 may retain all funds in the account.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Members will be notified by email before any fee is deducted.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which abad4 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with abad4 customer support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract. However, abad4 makes no representation that its Services comply with the domestic laws of Indonesia or any other country, and Members use the platform at their own legal risk.

abad4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of abad4 Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using abad4 and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
